Boulder REI has partnered with Boulder County Parks & Open Space to construct the new Benjamin Trail, a multi-use path that will eventually connect to the existing loop trail at Betasso Preserve. Volunteer trail-builders will use hand tools to build the new trail through forest groves and open meadows while enjoying spectacular views and fresh mountain air. Due to steep and rugged backcountry terrain, this project will be physically strenuous and will include at least three miles of hiking. This project will run from 8:00am-2:00pm. Minimum age is 14 with adult supervision.
