In celebration of African American National Park event, we will honor the Buffalo Soldiers by retracing the trail they paved from the Presidio of San Francisco into Yosemite. We will begin the retracing at the Presidio,( by chartered buses ) making stops along the way, one of which will be in the city of Los Banos, where the Buffalo Soldiers would rest, on their way to Yosemite. 

Once in Yosemite, we will camp out over night and awake to a day full of activities inside the park. A morning hike led by Robert Hanna, the Great Great Grandson of John Muir. Followed by a one man dedication to the Buffalo Soldiers, by Ranger Shelton Johnson. 

There will be various presentations and dedications made honoring the Buffalo Soldiers, during this retracing.
